we will put any donation you make to good use serving the health needs of low income,
uninsured adults in the Rocky Mount community with chronic disease conditions.
We are designated as a public charity with tax exempt status under Section 501 (c)
(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for purposes of donations we receive. Additionally,
we have been granted tax exemption status as a charity by the state of North Carolina
under Sections 105-125 and 105-130.11 (a) (3) of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
Our Charitable Solicitation License issued by the Secretary of State for North Carolina
is SL004947.
If you provide your contact information, we will send you a letter acknowledging
your charitable donation to the Clinic and confirming that no goods or services
were provided in return.
Our giving levels are indicated below. And all levels of donations are welcomed
and appreciated. Gold and Silver Level contributors are recognized on our website
unless they specifically indicate a desire to remain anonymous.
